Without seeing your gradebook, this can be a little difficult to respond to.
First, please make a backup of your gradebooks. Open your Manage Gradebook option. Click the Backups tab. Click the Backup button.
Then, Click the first tab in Manage Gradebook, Edit Gradebook. This page should only reflect the one section and the specific period that is associated with your gradebook. If any other periods or sections are connected, uncheck them and save to update. Does that resolve the issue?
If your gradebook is correctly setup and you are still having issues, please contact the Aeries Support Admin for your school district.
