Standards Based Gradebooks can score standards in multiple ways.
Assignments in a gradebook can:
1. not reference any standards
2. reference one standard
3. reference multiple standards
Assignments with multiple standards (#3) can be graded individually by standard or apply the same score to all standards in the assignment.
View the report card to find which standards are actually being referenced within the report card. The report card may be referencing similar, but not the same standards within the report card. If the standard is part of a hierarchy, it is recommended to use the most specific applicable standard. Even if a standard is not specifically being reported on a report card, it will still apply towards parent standards.
