Under the Student Profile (under Student Data), the lower-right "widget" is called Linked Portal Accounts . This shows which parents and students have accounts and the date they last accessed the portal.

You can click the Teacher Misc tab from the Home screen then System Access Log. This will tell you the account type and log information for student and parent accounts.
