Why is the elipsis for (click to edit status comment) showing on all scores when displaying scores by class?

A fellow teacher reported that this morning when displaying her scores by class for all of her classes, she noticed that next to every score was an elipsis that shows (click to edit status comment). She's never seen it before and it doesn't matter which browser she uses. Other teachers are not seeing this in their assignements.

This is a new feature added to the Aeries Gradebook on 7/15/2016.

Scores By Class

The Scores by Class page now has the ability to add and edit status and comment information for students. This feature is represented by different colored triangle shapes within the score cells.
